This 10,000-square-foot medical office outpatient buildout includes three separate physician suites with a shared entry lobby. Each suite included numerous treatment and imaging rooms. The building, which was originally planned as retail space, required new infrastructure systems, including electrical service, roof top units, and plumbing systems, among other improvements.
