UMass Tsongas Center HVAC Replacement

This HVAC improvements project includes replacement of existing rooftop mechanical equipment supporting the Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell, along with supporting architectural, structural, plumbing and electrical improvements.

Maintaining the arena’s operations was required at all times to ensure games, concerts and other events were not impacted by the construction. Sterling Construction worked closely with the UMass Lowell staff to establish phasing and logistics to support the successful completion of construction activities without impacting business operations.
