This multi-level, 26,000-square-foot renovation created new office and lab space for Catamaran Bio and is now home to the development of safe and effective, off-the-shelf, allogeneic immune cell therapies for the treatment of patients with cancer and immune disorders. The space features rustic exposed terracotta columns and ceilings with an engineered foldable partition system to provide flexible layout options for their open office, kitchen and lounge areas. Additionally, the lab space includes a nearly 2,000-square-foot Vivarium with exceptionally controlled environments for the care and maintenance of experimental animals.
