Curis at Ledgemont Office and Lab Renovation

Originally estimated as an 18-week project, Curis presented a challenge to compress their 23,000-square-foot laboratory and headquarters office renovation into 14 weeks. Orchestrating logistics between the design team, tenant, owner and trade contractors, we employed two shifts around the clock to produce their state-of-the-art offices, conference rooms and laboratory in record time. Work also included the replacement of two make up air handlers and a lab exhaust fan to serve the new space as well as a new entry with curtain wall system and an ACM panel canopy. Despite COVID-19 related challenges, the team constructed a beautiful and functional building to optimize Curis’ business operations.
