Emerson Health Endoscopy and
Digestive Health Center

This extensive renovation transformed office space into a new 8,600-square-foot stand-alone endoscopy and digestive health center. Work included the complete demolition of the existing space, including saw cutting the concrete slab to accommodate underground piping. The new space was fully outfitted to meet the needs of the specialty medical requirements, complete with new mechanical, electrical, nurse call, medical gas, and plumbing systems.

The team expertly managed COVID-19 related delivery delays and unforeseeable design issues. The completed facility houses two procedure rooms, scope decontamination and cleaning rooms, 10 pre- and post-operative recovery bays, a nursing station, exam rooms, and support spaces such as reception and waiting rooms, offices, staff changing rooms and a kitchen.
