Emerson Health Urology Center

Emerson Hospital engaged Sterling Construction to transform the second floor of the CAB building into their on-campus Yeatts Urology Center. Work included the addition of new structural steel, rooftop mechanical systems, and complete asbestos abatement, adding an additional layer of safety precautions and logistics. Constructed during the COVID-19 pandemic above an occupied healthcare setting, Sterling completed the project on time and within budget.The facility is dedicated to the advanced care of urologic conditions and houses leading-edge technology to diagnose and treat urologic. The space includes procedure rooms, exam rooms, an onsite lab, a full suite of advanced imaging capabilities, and an infusion center.
