MelroseWakefield Hospital Executive and Administrative Center

The renovation of this building transformed a 27,000-square-foot, three-story masonry shell into a modern and energy-efficient administrative hub for MelroseWakefield Hospital. The project involved re-supporting structural elements, installing a new roof and curtainwall systems, and implementing a fossil fuel free Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system for heating and cooling. The interior was fitted out with offices, conference rooms, training areas, and collaboration spaces, creating a functional environment to support the hospital’s operations.

This renovation allows administrative functions to relocate to a central location, freeing up critical space within the hospital for patient care in direct support of MelroseWakefield Hospital’s commitment to enhancing healthcare delivery.
