UMass Memorial Southborough Endoscopy

This 8,100-square-foot endoscopy renovation project took place while the practice remained operational, requiring significant coordination with hospital staff to minimize disruptions and ensure patient safety. Temporary barriers, negative pressure systems, and strict infection control measures were implemented to isolate construction zones from clinical areas. Scheduling work during off-peak hours and close coordination with hospital staff helped reduce impact on patient care. The finished space added two new procedure rooms, two prep bays, waiting areas, nurse stations, and support spaces to expand services for the Southborough community.
